All Energy Healing Sessions are conducted remotely by phone, allowing you to experience the full benefits of the Signature Healing Experience from the comfort of your own home. Each healing session is guided by your body's innate wisdom and may incorporate the Emotion Code®, Body Code™, Belief Code®, or a personalized combination of these modalities based on your unique needs.

Your two private Embodiment Coaching Sessions are conducted live via Zoom, providing a dedicated space to integrate your healing, gain deeper clarity, strengthen empowering beliefs, and embody the transformation you've created. These interactive coaching sessions allow us to connect more personally as we explore your growth, celebrate your progress, and create an intentional path forward.

Distance is never a barrier to this work. Energy healing is just as effective remotely as it is in person, allowing you to receive personalized support, healing, and coaching from wherever you are.

Once you enroll, you will be emailed the booking link to schedule your 1:1 energy healing sessions.

I recommend booking your sessions one week a part to stay consistent and to allow your body the necessary processing time it needs between sessions. 

Once you enroll, you will be sent the link to book your two (2) coaching sessions with Sarah. Plan on booking your first Embodiment Coaching session after energy healing sessions 1-5 are complete and your second coaching session after energy healing sessions 6-10 have been completed.

Absolutely! Throughout your Signature Healing Experience, you'll receive personalized guidance and recommendations tailored to your unique healing journey. Depending on your needs, I may suggest affirmations, journaling prompts, self-reflection exercises, Human Design insights, educational resources, or other supportive tools to help deepen your healing and integrate the transformation taking place between sessions.

You'll also have access to my growing library of free resources, including guided journals, workbooks, and educational content designed to support your continued growth and well-being.
