Email sessions offer a convenient alternative for those with busy schedules or who simply prefer not to meet by phone. Just like a live session, Sarah uses proxy testing to identify and release trapped emotions, correct energetic imbalances, and clear the Heart-Wall® when appropriate.
Following your session, you'll receive detailed session notes outlining the imbalances identified, the energetic work completed, and any insights that emerged during the session.
When booking, please include the primary area or concern you'd like to focus on in the notes section so your session can be tailored to your unique needs.
Pet Benefits

Our pets experience emotions just as we do. Stress, fear, trauma, grief, environmental changes, and other life experiences can all create energetic imbalances that may contribute to unwanted behaviors, emotional distress, or physical discomfort.
Using the Emotion Code and Body Code, your pet's session is guided by their body's innate wisdom to identify and release trapped emotions, restore balance to their energy systems, and support their overall physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Whether your companion is struggling with anxiety, behavioral challenges, chronic discomfort, or simply could benefit from additional energetic support, these gentle sessions can help them feel more balanced, relaxed, and at ease.
All pet sessions are performed by proxy and conducted via email following a brief pet questionnaire. After the session, you'll receive detailed notes outlining the energetic imbalances identified, the work completed, and any insights that emerged during the healing process.
